Kyle is a husband, dad, and teacher who is passionate about serving & giving to better the lives of others.

Kyle currently teaches leadership at Kettering Fairmont High School, where he has taught since 2016 after leaving his successful corporate career to help grow others by becoming an educator.

On top of teaching his leadership course, which he created in 2019, Kyle created the “Kettering Connect,” which focuses on serving and giving back to the Kettering and Greater Dayton community. In partnership with his students, and local businesses, they have raised enough money to purchase Christmas gifts for over 1,500 children, buy over 400 pairs of new shoes to give to children in need, has donated thousands to homeless shelters, children’s hospitals, social services organizations, and provided over 12,500 meals to local families. Since 2021, his students have volunteered more than 4,000 hours within the community.

For his efforts, he has been recognized with the 2018-2019 Kettering Outstanding Teacher Award and the 2022 Franklin B. Walter Teacher of Influence Award within Montgomery County.

Kyle is a renowned leadership and business speaker and consultant - helping organizations, school districts, and athletic teams grow their leadership capabilities and also teaching small businesses how to grow themselves.

An avid volunteer, Kyle is a proud member of DorWood Optimist, an active volunteer with Shoes 4 the Shoeless, and also a mentor within the Montgomery County College Promise Program.

Before moving to the education world, Kyle was the Global Marketing & Customer Experience Manager for Ferno EMS. Prior to that, he held a multitude of marketing positions for a wide range of companies within the area. He has a B.S. in Marketing from Wright State University and an M.Ed in Workforce Development from Bowling Green State University.

He lives in Kettering with his wife and two children.
